I first bought shares in Newstrike in 2010 because it was a 'strong takeover candidate', sold some for a good profit over $2 on the spike, and dumped the rest in 2013 because I got tired of waiting. Meantime the violence in Guerrero just keeps getting worse and worse.

How many years can a company remain as a 'strong takeover candidate' before a statute of limitations kicks in?

Are you that guy, I can't remember his last incarnation but an earlier one was James Flanagan or something like that, who keeps on getting the boot because he pumps particular stocks ad nauseum until everyone gets sick of him? You sure are acting like him, and NES was one of his fixations.
