You keep pretending I really was. I was the re-developer and financier.

I am. I saw the owner of an eyesore empty shell of a building in trouble cuz of the crash, a small business across the street from it in need of more space, but financially unable to do anything except buy the office they wanted without much money, your government willing to lend me twice as much against my house as Wells Fargo would, some local building tradespeople in need of work, and I connected all the dots and made everybody happy except for you. I have no problem with that.

Strangely enuf, you were the only one not involved in any of the discussions at the time. Perhaps you should have spoken up sooner.
