I found it kinf of "funny" that he wouldn't call a lawyer like Teressa over his late night phone calls to vette but would do so against people that actually hold shares and don't like what he is doing.
If you want an action against him it probably won't work. Even if you are right, you won't find a dime....

The latest deal with Arizona isn't a dissapointment if you were prepared for it. They were just trying to prove up old cores but lowered the barrier and still fell a bit short.
Same old crap. Set a low standard then fail to maintain it or explain it. One shareholder knows what is going on and it isn't me.
