But since you owned the building, you didn't have to fix it up to anyone else's specs. You may have had a buyer lined up, but surely they wouldn't have refused to take a building that would give them FREE electricity for life. Instead you did exactly what I would have advised you to do. Screw that solar crap. Good job.
