I did exactly what I wanted... I cleaned up a town eyesore, while building it their way and sticking to my word by selling it`to them at the agreed-upon price.

"Sounds like you should've hunted for another buyer."
Why? I bought it specifically for them. Without them, there would be no me, and there would still be an empty building, and the fellow who owned it might well have gone belly-up, before he could do anything. He even ended up closing down the branch he had up here in a rental and was planning on relocating into the shop.
