There was an option under the Salazar agreement to continue development of the property through to the FS and that was done. I don't know why the disconnect occurred between the PFS economic numbers and the FS or why CUU decided the JV agreement was preferable to completing the earn-in of the indirect interest under the terms of the Salazar agreement. It may have been simply a management call that having Teck as a partner would likely result in more CUU shareholder value at some point in time than not having Teck as a partner.
