How do you tell people the BFS is still "expected" in the same quarter you are in and not know you are a year behind?
They were still making up their mind as to how safe it would be to default on the contract to keep from delivering the Liard shares

They knew that if they delivered the BFS, the balance of their interest in the project had to be delivered

..they decided, rightly, that the shareholders, other than Ernesto could be fucked with impunity
