Has obama ( or congress) declared war against children and grandmothers in Syria or Pakistan to legally murder them and blow them to smithereens by drone attacks, of which people of your ilk approve and enjoy watching while drugged up?

How can anyone object to water boarding but approve a failed idiot blowing people up into little pieces?
