WV, I recently bought a thousand shares and will consider adding to the position. Your comments appear to be above board and I appreciate them. What do you feel will be done in regards to SETO's board composition? It is my understanding that part of the new rules for Nasdaq listing will be the maintenance of at least two outside board members. Being that Mr. Piang's heirs are the only board members I am concerned that this will be an impediment. I would also like to know a bit more about why they chose NV for their incorporation, as I understand it that was a default result of their merging with a previous NV entity. I've spoken briefly with Mr. Piang and would care for your opinions on these issues before I call him again. Oscuro
