Kipper ... Re: decertication of Oracle 8 ... I can't comment on Oracle 8 in general wrt stability. But, PeopleSoft removed original certification for Oracle 8 due to 2 problems - one is with SQR and the other with Oracle (ORA-1002 Fetch out of sequence error). They are working with both vendors to get resolved. It seems these are the only two issues.
