Tired of Rawnoc deletions on iHUB!

Been lurking here for a while, but tired of having all my messages deleted on iHub and decided to join the civilized board here. Here was the latest response to Rawnoc, that was immediately deleted as "off-topic," because???

" I obsess over legal analysis. I enjoy it, and I am quite good at it."

One must be honest and go back to you and your colleagues' repeated claims about impending lawsuits due to the "Pump Terminator" article, and answer - was your legal analysis "quite good" then?

I would have to say it was not good at all, as nothing came of the "ambulance chasers" chasing after the wind. We heard for months on end at least 100 posts about the impending class action lawsuits - yet nothing materialized, because the PT article claims were bogus and false opinions.

You were correct about the dismissal on NNVC's claims of libel against PT as free speech. Good call there.

I think you and your colleagues also predicted doom about the Colorado lawsuit that was settled for peanuts last year.

And what about your repeated claims that NNVC hired paid stock promoters when you had no proof of such? I had to dig myself to find out who the paid promoter was - an owner of large number of shares (from the original reverse shell merger, no longer affiliated with NNVC in any way) who wanted to "pump" the shares before he dumped. Not good legal analysis at all.

I would have to say you seem to be the only one who passed on the contrived story (which you rightly guessed was fishy at the time), and then repeatedly have made a huge deal about the retraction. I'm not sure anyone really cares about made-up things about NNVC. I hear so many of them daily that I tend to ignore the majority of them, depending on the source, of course.

Anonymous "whistleblower" through another anonymous message board "obsessor" is simply not that credible in my mind.

Rawnoc responded with a private message "Are you on crack? I told you in detail why the SA suit was dead and the judge nearly repeated what I said verbatim.

The class action suits didn't get enough interest -- that doesn't mean they didn't have merit."

Deleted by "admin" within 7 minutes of posting, with no ability to challenge the deletion.

Sounds like some fishy things going on over there...
