I agree that the statement about the loss and shares was worded weird. I believe the loss was calculated using the # of shares that were outstanding prior to the acquisition, and the 44mil number comes from after the acquisition. On a negative note, one thing that really ticks me off about SEXI is that we have continually been told different stories about shares outstanding. I believe we will be looking at close to 50mil shares come year end with about 29mil restricted for 2 years and 7 mil in management. So, we'd have about 14 mil floating for for the short term assuming management is holding. If they are as confident as they keep saying, then why would they sell at these levels. If some big deals hit and a Daq listing, 14 mil won't be too many to push this up, especially if there are sizeable short positions out there. All just MHO, of course.
