RNTK owns and licenses a patented and proprietary technology that converts gas-to-liquid including DIESEL FUEL, NAPTHAS, and WAXES.

3 other companies with proven commercial capabilities-Exxon, Shell, SASOL.

Iron catalyst used-PRIMARY REASON for RNTK's superiority---cheaper and more versatile (more application to various gases).

RNTK currently in talks with TEXACO.

HISTORY---TEXACO began the operation of a plant using THIS technology in 1950 and banned it for economic reasons in 1953. There were simply cheaper ways to get petrochemicals. NO LONGER A TRUE PREMISE.

APPLICATION of TECHNOLOGY-already noted by TM.
INDIA plant in Kumchai field will begin production by mid 1988.
-360 barrels/day of Fischer Tropsch Waxes
-$166/barrel, revenue of $21.8 million
Agreements for 2 additional plants to be constructed in India already signed.
