The context there is the trail of promises to deliver the FS, in press releases, occurred in 2010, 2011 , early 2012 and then finally released in very late 2012. Then the first public disclosure from Teck about the long awaited FS is " it needs a complete redo". Not what CUU shareholders were hoping to hear.
