Asensio. So he was convicted of securities fraud? I wondered where his expertise in the area came from. I wonder if he disclosed that on his registration statement w/ the SEC for a securities brokerage license? Anyone know where to look? I know that one has to file 2 documents. One is open to the public; the other is more difficult to get.I wonder if the folks at Harvard know about this problem.IMOO.
