That's a rather charitable phrasing

I take it that it was their attempt to mislead all the shareholders, except Ernesto, of course that they had actually performed on the contract

..they have never admitted to not delivering the BFS, which they absolutely did not do IAW Salazar

It has worked too

There are very few people who understand that the BFS was never delivered, so we intentionally defaulted on the Salazar agreement

That being the case, there really has never been a BFS on the Schaft Creek project

I don't know if one is required for Teck to move forward or not

I suppose it would depend on their intentions to obtain financing or another partner

But they cannot admit the exercise that was performed at the behest of CUU is applicable to their plans without admitting they also defaulted by failing to deliver the Liard interests as specified in Salazar
