Morning Dave, I tried to call them yesterday and received voice mail again. I did touch the oustanding shares question in my fax and will try to leave them a message on the debt issue. Day 4, still waiting for their fax like everyone else. There are rumors but nothing solid so far. About reverse split, IMO, 1 to 10 will only bring CAFE up to 30 cents which will not help at all but only guarantee to do more harm. CAFE IR stated 2 months ago that a reverse split will be attempted, if all else failed, to stay in NASDAQ smallcap. Since Nasdaq plan to move 3400 companies down to BB, CAFE hopefully will go with the flow without any disruption. Again this is JMSO, who knows what CAFE is gonna do? Anyone have a crystal ball or better yet, inside source to shed the light on this for us shareholders ? Fawn
