We enjoy Brie with slices of tart apples like Granny Smith, and also smeared on good Italian bread. And as someone mentioned.........look for Brie recipes. It's very yummy cooked in a puff pastry with any of an assortment of toppings. Walnuts and brown sugar, to apricot or fig jam.

Try its more pungent cousin Camembert if you get a chance.
