So how might it be racist, I take it matters not what the original song was about,
but rather that it was admitted it was only done in "poor taste" and used only just
recently.

"Sweet Home Alabama" was pumping out from a squad car following protesters
in Chicago, also done in poor taste.

Racism IMO always is done in poor taste.
