None of what you posted in any way refutes my posts on this subject.

The insane lending practices, which took years to develop into the crisis, were well underway when Bush took office.

And it certainly is not a "lie" that Bush pushed hard for regulation of GSEs or that Chris Dodd filibustered the law in the Senate.
