If you own a sea - level property in any of those affected areas, what you want to do is find a sucker, maybe a climate change denier like Dave, and sell him your property ASAP. Convince them by getting your agent to slap their knee and say, 'The damn fool believes in global warming! He's GIVING the property away!" Re-invest in some Alaskan or Canadian land. Just one way reality can bite the Fox - informed.
