paul..restricted shares affect the holders ability to sell and would not factor into the float. restricted shares are used to calculate eps. my concern with sexi is their cash flow . for fye 2/96 they lost approx 6mm while they lost an additional 3mm for 1st quarter 5/31/96. i fear sexi may raise capital in the equity market thus continuing to futher dilute stockholders. once we see the 10Q we can make a more informed opinion. i would bet the total authorized shares are 100MM we dont know about there stock options either.. lots of good things happening but still many questions
