Tom Mills told me things were going smoothly last quarter prior to the revenue announcement.

No suprises to most people probably means 8% x $16,000,000 / 13.5 to 15 Million shares. To me suprises on the downside means anything from a loss to $.05 per share.

Suprises on the upside (we should be so lucky): $.10 - .15/ share for last quarter and an announcement of revenue projections for first quarter 1997 of $23 - $30 million.

My prediction: $.01/ share for last quarter an an annual 1997 revenue projection in the 10K exceeding $100 Million.
