Thread, Just like the sunw/intc deal's impact on the Enterprise side, hopefully Steve Jobs would wise-up and make Merced/(future PIIs) their chip of choice to run Rhapsody or even MAC OS. Now, that would light a fire under Microsoft's **tt and make them catch up with Intel's technology real fast. That would give companies like CPQ, some leverage to blackmail MSFT, just like they do with INTC(by dangling mediaGX and AMD). Although I like Microsoft, their arrogance remind me of the OPEC oil cartel of the 70's and Drexel Burnham/Michael Milken of the 80's. Hopefully, MS won't end up like them. Regards, Clayton
