velocity is a 20th century concept. It's no longer used. Besides there isn't any velocity -g- We just have a chitload of immovable USD money that is probably tied up in black box opaque transactions where nobody knows wtf is going on. We have a deflationary environment and the money supply is expanding through the roof. We are supposed to believe it's the foreigners that are desperate for them? What if the foreigners are all tooling up for a currency war, what then? telegraph.co.uk Armstrong might have predicted 2014 accurately, I don't follow him that closely, but I think it is premature to announce the death of gold as a store of value.
