Let me see if I have this right. Nomai can do whatever they want (except sell ) the original design, which apparently did not function right. But still can not produce or sell the modified version they came up with ( that may work in Zips) Did I read this right ??? Anyone ?????

The company is evaluating whether to exercise its right to appeal.
