Sorry, I have trouble having confidence in a company that paid 3.5 Billion in cash to acquire Lotus and borrowing 3.5 Billion to buy their stock back. Although Lotus notes is still around and doing ok(just like NOVL netware is still around, mainly surviving on the upgrade market)the ROI on that 3.5 Billion cash investment must stink. Although some segments of their business(like service) will continue to do well, they are a jack-of-all-trades and master-of-none company(Only a truly great company like GE can pull this off). Wall street morons will one day realize all this.
