Rush might have started out with low self esteem (he came from a family that were all lawyers & bankers on both sides but dropped out of college, became a disc jockey). But 20+ years of making Oprah money and achieving success that has to be far beyond what he ever imagined ... ought to have helped that. Every liberal in the country talks about him and hates him .... powerful testimony to his influence.
