If I remember correctly Teck has the option not to release the results of the optimisation studies just in case the PFS is correct and the Main/Liard zone is capable of producing copper for free.


I don't recall a specific clause authorizing Teck to defraud it's JV partner

It does, of course, go without saying that they will have no qualms in doing so, which was the original point, I believe..
