The NY Post DOES give info about the picture. It says the deranged Democrat, Devon Coley, admitted to posting it to his facebook page hours after two police officers were shot and killed by another deranged Democrat.

The photo showed a NYPD cruiser being shot and contains the word, "73Nextt", meaning that the next shooting of police would be in the 73rd precinct. The issue is the THREAT to police officers.

.... Johnson came under fire following her decision Monday night, first reported by The Post, to spring Devon Coley without bail after he confessed to posting an online photo of a gunman shooting into an NYPD cruiser. His Facebook post came just hours after cops Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu were assassinated the same way, and included the phrase “73Nextt” — an apparent reference to the 73rd Precinct.

If someone posted a photo of someone firing a weapon into a house window and contained a message listing your address and saying you were next, would you think that was a threat?
