My Tseng owns 27% of the shares. Gibbons and others own substantial percentages as well. I'm at the office right now, or I'd look it up. I say they all want to get something for the stock they own. I bet they want to get out with some cash and move onto something with more potential.

What worries me is that when a business closes down, they have to hold back a bunch of cash to cover lawyers expenses and the cost of potential future litigation. Or atleast have to buy an insurance policy against such eventuality. That can really suck a lot of the remaining cash.
