Sure, it can be true - but I know it isn't. Depending on a statement in 2003 and extrapolating is stupidity if you consider that I made that statement while in US in 2003. In all probability, I lived in US since then. Does it still make it 3/5th? You posting something from the past and extrapolating the same percentage is idiotic.
