Ohh good ! , you are still in on the ride. I thought maybe you traded them all for MBX , nice to hold both isnt it?? You must be over a double on PHM now since we talked about it. Congrats ! I will be watching it closely here for a little trading cause as you know PHM is a bouncer. I expect the effect of the recent JD tout to wear off a bit and think I can bag me 15 or 20 points without much trouble. One thing about PHM is the liquidity is awesome. Never a problem making a trade in or out...make sure you back in by next quarterly if you do the trading thing.
