For our beloved and missing HonorFirst MsFran: A man went to his dentist because he felt something wrong in his mouth. The dentist examines him and says that new upper plate I made you is eroding. What have you been eating. The guy said all I can think of is that about 4 months ago my wife introduced me to Hollandaise sauce. I love it so much, I put it on everything, meat, veggies, fish all of it. Well, the dentist said that is probably your problem. Hollandaise sauce is very acidic due to the lemon juice in the sauce. That acid is eating away the plate I put in there. I will make you a new plate out of chrome. Man says Chrome? Why chrome? Dentist says: It's simple, everyone knows there is no plate like chrome for the Hollandaise.
