Obama stonewalling Keystone again:

I can only assume Obama doesn't like Rex Tillerson as Exxon has 50% of Keystone pipeline capacity booked for oil Exxon produces in Canada and will ship to Exxon's Gulf Coast refinery. Why else would Obama be against a US corporation operating in Canada, shipping production to the USA for refining and export?
