Don't know for sure, but just saw this on the Wall Street Journal site... L.M. Ericsson and Nokia were benefiting from a preliminary vote Tuesday on the future standard of mobile wide-band communications in Europe. The standard advocated by the Nordic companies came out in favor which led analysts to conclude this will also be the final outcome in January. DWB
