timmy e,

Yep, I have felt for sometime that TM has been playing games with Jimbo. Ref my posts cir. 09/97 trying to nail Dougie down. Too bad it was easier for an outsider to see that than our vaulted leader running our company (into the ground). Unfortunately, I bought into Jimbo's assurances that he had the production deal in hand and wished that he could announce, but TM wanted to do their own splash once the iron shafts where complete.

When the dust settles, invariably there'll be a lot of finger pointing. Jimbo justifying his actions based on TM's 'verbal' assurances, etc, etc. I think that's a no brainer. However, it's fairly clear to see that Mr. Brains backed the company into a deadend praying to learn how to fly quickly before the walls fell in. The degree of TM's manipulation probably will never be known accurately, but the point is, any idiot should have known better.

I think it is absolutely crystal clear that if TM is or was that close to going to production, they wouldn't have let Qdrx go under at the 11th hour unless they wanted them to. You can bet that sometime before this closing decision, Jimbo called da man at TM and stated the situation frantically looking for a lifejacket. It's obvious at face value they choose to let it go--Why? Would have loved to here that conversation. Could you imagine seeing Jimbo's face when TM told him that they think they could get a better deal by letting them fall and picking up the pieces?

See, that's the whole damn problem I have with this picture. How could someone be so dumb to allow an outside firm to have such life and death control without paper. Sounds almost surreal that anyone could be this idiotic. Logic tells me Jimbo is not. Something isn't right and I'm going to keep digging until the smoke and mirrors are all finally gone.
