He acknowledged that the Swiss investors had shorted the 750,000 shares. He was mad that they did this.

i feel vindicated in my remarks now - Martinez has learned a valuable lesson no doubt about how not to finance next time

mad ??? he should be fuming - no doubt why they cut the offering short now, had he not we'd be sitting at 1 right about now - those Swiss investors destroyed stock valuation and investor confidence - big question now is will the investors come back and will JMAR recover ?

Swiss "investors" my ass - opportunistic trash is what they tangled with and Martinez should have known better
