About the proxy vote...

A think everyone that turns in a no vote has really voted yes..

Let me explain..

assumptions
1) 20% of the shares will not vote. This includes people who just don't feel like turning it in and people that aren't sure how they should vote so they just don't.
2) 20% of the vote is management and friends who will vote yes
3) 50% of the proxys have to be turned in to reach a quorum

ok so if we have enough votes to hold a vote:
The yes votes start off with 40% voting yes and 0% voting no (remember if a person doesn't send the proxy the board votes it as a yes vote)

So now look at the remaining 60% of the shares.

In order for the no votes to win then 51 out 60 shares will have to vote no. (very unlikely)

But instead if the no votes decide not to turn in a proxy at all
They only need 31 out of 60 not to turn it in.
We don't reach the 50% needed shares to have a vote so the no's win.

I have not sent in my proxy yet and will soon do it. I trust the management or I would have sold my stock a long time ago.

I just wanted to make clear to people that their vote "does" matter and if you believe in the management please send in your vote.
