One thing is very true though:

Now I'm saying this without extensive studies or research and it didn't cost the taxpayers one cent.

It is way more beneficial and easier to exercise every day - I mean every day - with a few exercises for a few minutes

Than it is to exercise streneously for a hour and then stop because of boredom/tiredness/lack of timeor discipline/injury.
