Farris, for what it's worth I called Food Concepts and talked to Herb. He told me that he couldn't give me any information, but that there would be news and information after New Years. His lawyer advised him against any announcements at this time. He said that their law suit against illegal shorting is advancing and asked for shareholder patience. It would have been easy for him to dodge my call since his secretary told me he was in a meeting, but checked if he could take my call. I wish his ability for shareholder appreciation was as equivalent to his manners. I didn't mince words and told him that there are many unhappy shareholders that bought at equivalent $40 that now see that money at $0.25. I also reminded him of shareholder warnings about the reverse split. He believes the price decline on low volume is still shorting, but I told him it's just that nobody will step up to the plate and buy without reason (i.e. news). He says that business is brisk, news is coming, and asked for patience.
