Since you are successfully creating controversy here, I will only volunteer that there is a difference between a position based on a POV, and one based on fact

these are facts to which no argument, without documentary evidence will be accepted

we did NOT deliver the BFS IAW the contract in force

the Liard shares were therefore never earned

Teck is not holding them "in trust" for us

This is not the venue to argue competing POV's regarding issues of fact
