I think it is a mixture of facts and confusion.

Some of these things happened, but not as part of Obamacare. And some happened a year or two ago. It is a fact that Obamacare increased taxes substantially, and was totally partisan, of course. I believe it involved about 20 tax provisions, none of which were cuts ;)

Some of this was part of the budget deal, though.
