"Teck nudged, pushed, enticed Copper Fox in the direction of a barely profitable BFS"

Copper Fox did not produce the BFS. It was done by Tetra T. And Tetra really does not depend on Teck for it's survival. Teck is one out of thousands of companies they produce reports for. The slightest of indication they produced a corrupt report for the benefit of a Client. Would destroy not only their credibility but the business it's self. Neither is Teck going to jeopardize themselves over a remote low grade deposit.
It surprises me, to hear a statement like that from you Brundal .

Originally more than just retail investors were invested here. CUU was also had institutional investors, including some Canadian banks. Who had the resources and expertise to push an investigation if they suspected fraudulent activity. And what about the ones who left after the BFS ? Did they leave insider positions and sell because the value was not what they expected ? Or would Cam Shane and MacDonald and all their Family members who were involved just sit back and allow corruption for Teck's benefit, crush their investments ? Among investors who believed in Shaft creek were lawyers, lawmen and journalists who know how to investigate such conspiricies. It is part of the jobs they do. How did they silence them ?

The conspiracy theory suddenly gets to large to control. For me it doesn't wash. The deposit is what it is. Not what was hoped for. And in the right hands, some day when conditions prevail it will be profitably mined.

The main volume of waste rock is the over burden of the north pit slope that must be removed to access the deposit. Estimated time for the removal is 3.5years but some deposit mining is expected to begin in the final year.
