Just because you believe that Copper Fox and Teck are above reproach.

The two I mentioned were Teck and Tetra Tech. Both World renowned companies. Both with far more at stake than a junior explorer. In this case all three would have to be culpable. For what ? Less than 35% one low grade deposit they are trying to optimize, in order to make it easier to handle ? The leading C/F share holder owns all but minor % of the shares. Nothing to gain in that manner for him. And he is decision control.
If his family holdings were known they may control more than that. However that is speculation.

Looking back at the delays. I agree with Mud about Tetra, CUU inputs or discussions on the Bfs. But it was not about making it worse, But rather what they could revise or cut to make it better. Even then many expenses were left out or not calculated in the final script.
If they really trying to make it look worse. It would have been far simpler to include those costs. Rather than risk a 3 way criminal conspiracy.
