baron, i have a problem with a company that continues to issue stock, when cash should have been paid. 500,000 shares to jones instead of money only dilutes shareholder value. if oilex doesnt have $45000 to pay jones they are in serious trouble.. oilex claims they want to increase shareholders value, how can this happen if they hand out stock as they did with jones??? i believe oilex should not just give away shares, shares need to be tied to performance (such as the issueing warrants). We have no guarantee any of these millions of shares will be worth a hill of beans. the company has caused themselves to destruct in the last year, its time for them to turn the page and live up to there statements if they did the stock would not be where it is now!! WHEN WILL NEWS BE OUT?? MAYBE IT WILL PROVE OILEX IS TURNING THE CORNER.
