Why? If you have 120 positions, surely you think some of them are (right now!!) better than others. If that's the case, and you can determine one of them is the best of the 120 that you like, why not put most of your money in the best pick?

Everyone does the same thing with housing. We make ONE pick, and hold it for year. One. It's the biggest investment ever for most people the first time they buy one.

Same with spouses!
