I mostly agree with your thoughts in the first part. :)

Regarding PSEC, I looked at it and I did not like continued huge share issuance. If you look at absolute values, you'd think it's growing sales/earnings/book value. But if you look at per-share numbers, none of them are growing, some of them are actually declining a bit. So, sorry, not for me. :)
