To the contrary, I would say the the loudest voice in the nation's history on renewables has been Boone Pickens, a Texan, who wanted to put windfarms in Texas and other places as well.

But Pickens wasn't a bundler, wasn't really a supporter. And the money went to Solyndra instead.

If you're going to play with Obama you had better be on his side. He doesn't know how to negotiate.
