Or, if you accept that Elmer is just an employee doing what they told him to do... then, the responsibility (and the ownership of the creation of the disconnects) might instead rest with the guy whose $90 million it was... in at least larger part than it was the money of SI posters...

What is clear is that the farm team... didn't win any awards in the effort made at Schaft Creek...

There hasn't been sufficient transparency provided to determine answers re why the failure occurred.

Shareholders took the risks... and, those risks didn't pan out, in spite of the company presenting a situation that 'couldn't miss'... so, they are at least owed a proper explanation... that consists of something more substantial than hand waving, distraction, and misdirection.
